cokuna communication is an innovative software and internet agency based in beautiful Dresden. We master all areas of a successful presence on the web - first and foremost corporate and web design, programming, hosting including SEO and content management system. We also produce specialised software for online applications and have been offering our customers an innovative marketing management system with unique functions since 2006.
What will your tasks be?
- sales-oriented, targeted contacting of interested parties (B2B) with the aim of customer acquisition
- active telephone arrangement of customer appointments for our area sales managers
- implementation of telesales and telemarketing activities as part of upstream marketing campaigns
- documentation of client information in our database coconutbox
What makes you special?
- fun on the phone; charming, quick-witted, convincing and winning personality
- first professional experience in a call centre or in outbound telephony
- completed training as a management assistant for dialogue marketing or comparable qualification
